Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly BIDGRIT subscriptions are billed in advance. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, email support@bidgrit.ai and we’ll refund that month in full.

After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Refunds on annual plans:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: full refund.
  • After 14 days: prorated refund for unused months, minus the discount value already applied to used months.

Agency & Enterprise

Agency and custom Enterprise contracts are governed by the refund terms in the signed order form. Contact sales@bidgrit.ai.

Service Outages

If BIDGRIT is unavailable for more than 4 continuous hours during a billing cycle due to a BIDGRIT-side incident (not force majeure or third-party provider failure), we issue a prorated credit on your next invoice on request.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — we respond within one business day. Chargebacks filed before we’ve had a chance to resolve the issue may result in account suspension.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@bidgrit.ai from the email address on your account. Refunds process within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
